All our beef is 100% Aberdeen Scotch beef. Scotch beef is born and reared in Scotland using strict farm assurance and animal welfare standards. All Scotch beef is fully traceable.

All our chicken is free range Scottish Chicken. We only use the finest chicken breast and we char grill it to perfection. Our eggs are free range too!

Our buns are baked by a local artisan baker to our very own recipe. The bread is free from all artificial additives and is delivered fresh to the restaurant avery day.

Our shakes are made with whole milk, fresh fruit and ice cream. they are free from any artificial colours, flavours and additives. They are very thick and very tasty!
