Only 5k but it felt like a Marathon
Team Wannaburger completed their first fundraising mission completing the Meadows Marathon in record time. Yes all the members of the team achieved PB's mainly because it was the first time any of them had ever run that far. Even the boss who let's face it is not in great shape managed to complete the run despite "feeling a bit demoralised when a dog and two pigs overtook me at the 1km mark."
Burgers and beers were all consumed after the race which made everyone feel a lot happier. There was even talk of a 10K but this may have been the beer talking. Watch this space....
